As an intern, you will gainhands-on experienceworking on high-profile projects, learning from industry experts, and developing key analytical and financial skills in acollaborative, fast-paced environment.What This Role Will DoAs a Senior Associate in Energy & Infrastructure Valuation , you will conduct financial and economic analyses for renewable and traditional energy assets, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects . This role requires a deep understanding of project finance, power markets, and capital-intensive assets . You will support clients in mergers & acquisitions, tax structuring, financial reporting, and investment decision-making .Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations ofpower generation facilities, renewable energy assets, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Developdiscounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and cost-based valuation models.
• Performfinancial statement analysis, market research, and regulatory impact assessments.
• Support clients inM&A transactions, investment strategy, and financing structures.
• Researchwholesale power markets, transmission constraints, and energy policy trends.
• Preparevaluation reports for financial institutions, regulatory agencies, and investors.

What Makes You Successful in This Role

• Bachelor's degree inFinance , Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. ACFA, ASA, or CPAis a plus.
• 3-6 years inenergy valuation, project finance, infrastructure investment, or financial consulting.
• Expertise infinancial modeling, energy market research, and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding ofpower purchase agreements (PPAs), project financing, and energy asset valuation.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills for investment committees and legal professionals.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpretcomplex financial models for large-scale assets.
