If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and want to work with a leadership team that values insight and initiative, this is the role for you.What You'll Be DoingAs the Business Analyst (Epicor ERP), you'll be a key player in transforming how this organization leverages Epicor to drive performance. You'll serve as the go-to expert for ERP optimization, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and engineering.Your day-to-day will include:

• Acting as a functional and technical SME on Epicor (Kinetic), specifically focused on manufacturing and operational processes.
• Partnering with department heads and site leaders to gather requirements and deliver real, scalable process improvements.
• Leading business process mapping and reengineering initiatives (As-Is/To-Be).
• Translating business needs into functional specifications and Epicor configuration changes.
• Supporting ERP-related M&A activities, including system integration, data migration, and user onboarding.
• Creating dashboards, reports (SSRS), and analytics tools to enable smarter decisions across the business.
• Driving user adoption, training, and support to ensure maximum ROI from the ERP system.
• Managing UAT and change management efforts tied to system updates and process enhancements.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst with direct, hands-on Epicor ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong grasp of production, supply chain, inventory, and financial modules.
• Skilled in process modeling (BPMN/flowcharts) and documentation.
• Exceptional communication skills, you'll be engaging directly with end users and leadership.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to be onsite 2–3 days/week and travel up to 10–30% as needed.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Epicor version 2023.2 or SaaS transitions
• Familiarity with homegrown EDI tools, Vance configurator, or advanced production systems
• A high degree of curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for continuous improvement
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
