Key duties include conducting quantity takeoffs, managing multiple projects, developing cost strategies, and fostering relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.Why join us?

Job DetailsMUST HAVE

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of construction estimator or preconstruction experience
• Commercial construction
• Precon software, one or more MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM360, etc.
