**Job Description****Key Responsibilities**1. Prepare and analyze financial reports and period-end statements.2. Maintain and review capital expenditures and operating budgets.3. Ensure accurate classification of all expense line items.4. Identify and resolve process gaps causing misclassifications.5. Oversee scheduling and validate required inventories.6. Track and manage accruals.7. Support department heads with executive presentations, expense tracking, and communication.

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.- Minimum 2 years in an accounting role.- Strong knowledge of GAAP.- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Proficient in MicroStrategy.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licensing requirements.
