Supervises the operation and maintenance of facilities heating and chilling plants, campus mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance. Supervises the maintenance and monitoring of campus building automation systems, and energy management and metering systems. Manages assigned facilities improvement projects, including reviewing plans and specifications, and attending meetings for construction and improvement projects. Identifies energy efficiency projects and implements effective standards and procedures for the operation of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, while maintaining comfortable and efficient indoor environments.
POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Full-time overtime-exempt staff position. Annual salary of $80,000-$85,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of October 2025.
