What will I do?

• Provide general accounting and administrative support to accounting department; report to the accounting supervisor.
• Process purchase order requests to vendors; track purchases for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers and past due receivables.
• Review reports for regular and special adjustments.
• Support end of month closings and various ad hoc projects.
• Perform research on various accounting processes, analyze variances, and prepare appropriate reports.
• Enter financial transactions into our internal databases and reconcile invoices.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration; preferred but not required.
• Several years minimum general accounting experience with a familiarity of accounting principles, concepts, and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports, including skills in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and accounting software
• Team player with a ‘roll up your sleeves' collaborative attitude
• Good communication and analytical skills
