Job Details

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot product and process quality at the supplier level
• Lead audits of supplier systems, identify gaps, and drive CAPA resolution
• Collaborate on validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ), process qualifications, and equipment commissioning
• Review and approve supplier change requests with focus on risk, validation, and compliance
• Evaluate quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives and prevent issues
• Interpret and apply FDA, GMP, ISO, and internal quality system regulations
• Represent supplier quality during new product development projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready systems
• Act as a mentor to junior engineers and quality technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality
• Deep understanding of FDA/GMP regulations and ISO 13485
• Experience with process validations, root cause analysis, and audit execution
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills – able to influence across teams
