Role: Pharma Domain - Business Domain Expert, LeadResponsibilities:
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance on commercial operations, including sales promotion (SP), sales development (SD), external sales (IQVIA, Komodo), and patient services, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives, ensuring seamless execution and messaging, especially with field sales teams engaging with HCPs.
  • Understand patient services programs (Copay/Verification, etc.) to enhance patient engagement, adherence, and experience, leveraging data to improve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including digital agencies and technology vendors, to support FIA, Spend Reconciliation, and regional/local health system initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison among marketing, sales, medical, IT, and analytics teams to ensure coordinated efforts and collaboration across US Commercial teams.
  • Prepare documentation for high-level stakeholders (VP/CFO) focusing on business outcomes.
