The responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the development of core AI / ML models and algorithms that drive our product's key use cases in cybersecurity and observability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions into our products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest research in AI / ML and incorporate these advancements into our technology roadmap.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and strategic decisions related to AI research and product development.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- PhD in Computer Science or related field, or MS with 2-3 years of industry experience.
- Experience with training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in time series anomaly detection.
- Strong knowledge in AI / ML, including deep learning, NLP, time series modeling, and unsupervised learning.
- Proven track record in Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience deploying large-scale models into production.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to translate research into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in cybersecurity or observability industry is a plus.
Annual Base Pay: $131,760 - $181,170 USD. Salary ranges vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
