Join us as a Caregiver Recruiter

You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and hire Caregivers and Skills Instructors for a range of services, included supported living, independent living, community integration and behavioral analysis throughout California. Utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods, you'll successfully bring onboard providers to serve the unique needs of our clients.

This is a full-time, temporary position providing leave coverage for up to 12 weeks.Ideal start date is August 25, 2025.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, reviewing applications, assessing qualifications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to proactively identify and address evolving staffing needs.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and adapt to emerging trends.
  • Actively participate in job advertising activities, including canvassing/postering in local areas, attending job fairs, and engaging on social media.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of high-volume recruitment experience or a background in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Lever, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and offering solutions.
$25 - $30 an hour
