Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

I am currently working with a New York stalwart Insurance Defense Firm, who are actively seeking Associate level candidates, as they look to continue their strong growth pattern. Here are the headlines:

• Boutique Insurance Defense Firm with Super Lawyers at the helm – numerous people have reached this status whilst here too!
• Remote or hybrid option – take control of your work/life balance by being fully remote or having a hybrid schedule in their NYC or White Plains office
• Unrivalled level of Support Staff for a Boutique firm – concentrate on your cases without having the pressure of non-billable administrative work looming over you
• Lower than Industry Average Billable Hour target – with a minimum expectation of 1900 hours before bonus kicks in
• Work closely with senior figures in the firm on high-profile Insurance Defense cases from inception to close
• Assisting senior figures with the drafting and discovery phases of the Litigation process as you maintain standards and the diligence the firm built itself on
• Play a significant role in the Litigation process as you assist on Dispute Resolution and take point on some cases
• Investment into your CPE – the firm will aid you in your development cycle; whether that be networking events and conferences or investing into licenses and courses to progress you
• 2+ Years Experience
• Insurance Defense Experience
• Up to $160K Base
• Performance based bonus
