Descriptions:You will be responsible for:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Order Manager to assist in the facilitation of the internal submissions of Purchase orders and contracts in our clients' systems.Your impact:You will own and manage the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process for client. Process purchase orders and consult with various internal and external teams. (brand teams, agencies, account payable, comptrollers)About you:You are detail orientated, and process driven. You thrive in a collaborative, demanding environment and bring both financial acumen and a problem-solving mindset to your role daily.Must have:o Experience in vendor management within marketing or media, (healthcare/pharma preferred).o Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures. (WBS)o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)o Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.o Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and vendor communications.o Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.o Tracking spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities.o Strong negotiation and contract management skills.o Excellent communication and relationship-building abilitieso Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field Or Equivalent work experienceo Hybrid – must be within a commutable of Morristown, NJ
