$87,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a well-established company that is looking for a Credit Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of credit, collections and account reconciliations. This is a high-impact role interfacing with cross-functional teams and global customers.

#Hybrid Working Model - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - working in office. Monday and Friday - work remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead credit review and approval process for new and existing accounts
• Set and manage credit limits, payment terms and customer risk
• Work with sales and operations to ensure seamless order flow and account handling
• Monitor A/R aging, drive collections efforts, and escalate risk as needed
• Review and approve credit memos, adjustments, and deduction resolutions
• Supervise and mentor Credit Assistant

Experience required for this position

• 5+years of credit & collections experience in leadership
• Background in manufacturing or export-related industries preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing domestic & international credit reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; D365 or ERP
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Experience with structured lines of credit process and escalation
