From part-time roles to executive leadership positions, Teachers offers a wide range of meaningful career opportunities.Summary:The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR managers to source and recruit diverse, qualified talent across a wide range of Operations, Risk Compliance, Credit, Finance, IT, Audit, BI Planning, and Marketing positions.Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field or eight years of recruiting/talent experience including contemporary full-cycle recruitment required
- Minimum two years hands on experience with full cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening/interviewing candidates and negotiating offers
- Good knowledge of HR practices/policies/systems and related laws/ regulations/reporting requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Strong work planning, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, detail orientation and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management required
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of exempt and non-exempt requisitions simultaneously, within a fast-paced environment, while delivering high caliber talent
- Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, compensation, sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques
- Source high quality and diverse back-office and operations talent through a variety of sources, including social media and professional networks
- Own the full recruitment life cycle for both internal and external recruitment, operating as the subject matter expert for job postings, candidate selection, offers and onboarding
- Responsible for ensuring that key governance/control processes and policies are managed throughout the recruitment life cycle and the applicant tracking/HRIS system is maintained and kept updated
- Build good relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted partner for all recruitment related activities
- Proactively provide status updates on and results to leadership and HR partners
- Utilize search engines, career sites, recruiting events and attend local colleges/job fairs to attract candidates
- Provide recruiting data and statistics
- Perform other duties as assigned

The good faith range for this position is $27.90 - $33.48 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below he stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
