Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through final punch.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and design partners.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specs.
- Track and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and job cost reports.
- Resolve issues proactively and keep projects moving forward.
Project Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive schedules, and control costs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required.
