Job Description- Assist Project Managers in overseeing construction progress and subcontractor coordination
- Track budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support estimating and bidding for upcoming projects
- Help manage financial documentation and reconciliation (G702/G703)
- Maintain drawing logs and review construction documents

The Successful ApplicantYou have 1-6 years of experience as an APM on NYC ground-up mixed-use builds, ideally from start to finish. You're confident reading drawings, organized with financial paperwork, and eager to grow in a developer-led environment. Estimating and reconciliation experience is highly desirable.
