The MEM 3 team is seeking a driven Specialist to lead our SPAR (Specialization and Advanced Recovery) Department. This role offers significant visibility and impact, working directly with site leadership and cross-functional partners to enhance our customer experience through improved specialized handling processes. Key job responsibilities Own end-to-end SPAR operations at MEM 3 Drive WIP management and backlog reduction initiatives Develop and scale training programs across the network Implement process improvements for Specialized items with a focus on high-value/high-risk item handling Partner with R&R & RELO teams on SPAR operational excellence Support network-wide SPAR expansion efforts.
