The Director, Training and Support is responsible for the overall governance, oversight and implementation of enterprise-wide programs such as safety, leadership, instructor training programs, design and development of content, and analytics. The role will be responsible for shaping the future of Operations work, by providing strategic direction that aligns training functional priorities with Entergys strategic objectives and shared values. JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for direction, development, administration, and continuous improvement/refinement of training programs for all enterprise, operations, and nuclear (safety, instructor, and leadership) functions.
