Lead and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, and coordinators to ensure efficient test lab operations. Oversee daily scheduling, resource planning, and execution of test activities aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and allocate labor, equipment, and space. Drive production test engineering activities and support new product development testing. Ensure compliance with test lab procedures and regulatory standards.
