Toyotas Materials Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated engineer to work in the Metals, Catalyst, Lubricants & Battery Pack Material group. The primary responsibility of this role is the development and localization of Metals, Catalyst, Lubricants & Battery Pack Material. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Materials Engineering Departments objective of implementing appealing products that meet customer and company needs. What youll be doing. Lead the development, evaluation, and implementation of metallic materials. which include new development and localization. Collaborate and coordinate with suppliers to meet Toyota Specifications. Support Design groups with Lab Analysis and Research. Coordinate testing with evaluation groups for investigation studies. Support with liaison activities for Fluids / Lubricants if required. Engage with Manufacturing Plants to support Lubricant related concerns.
