The Protection Supervisor manages the daily operation of RHS Facility Protection to ensure a safe and secure healthcare environment and to maintain order throughout all assigned facilities and grounds. Provides leadership in the absence of the Protection Manager/ Director to ensure the protection of facility assets, patients, staff and visitors. Ensures that protection services and assistance, as outlined by policies and procedures and management, are accomplished for visitors, patients/residents and staff. What you will do. Ensure that systematic and unsystematic tours of facility grounds and buildings are conducted to provide for the safety and security of all persons and property and to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, criminal activity, and illegal entry. Ensure the enforcement of the facilitys policy and procedures such as trespassing, smoking, parking regulations and visitation at the direction of management.
