Collaborate creatively with core creative team including Art Directors and Account team in developing creative strategy, creative concepts, and ideas behind the work. Develop promotional, short form copy for various channels based on a creative brief and source content including headlines, promotional copy, scripts, email, web and social media copy. Develop voice and tone for materials specific to target audience and aligned to Gallagher brand. Understand user experience and concepts of usability, always putting the user/customer at the center of their thinking. Managing multiple projects and maintaining workflow amid often tight, changing deadlines. May provide guidance to other team members but has no formal supervisory responsibility. About You Bachelor's degree Minimum 5 years marketing copywriting experience. Experience writing for the insurance / financial or benefits consulting industries to a B 2 B (business to business) audience.
