Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of research administration experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of federal sponsors, programs, governance, and electronic systems. Experience with electronic research administration systems and software. Proficient with computer applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets) & e. RA systems. License/ Certification Required Preferred Qualifications Masters degree with five or more years of research administration experience with a broad range of sponsors. CRA Knowledge of research compliance issues and regulations. Knowledge of University and state research guidelines and regulations. Leadership and management experience.
