About who needs care: - Chronic kidney failure and congestive heart failure - recent cardiac arrest and 6min flatline-independent on all tasks except proper diet and taking medication regularly About the care needs: - Able to keep up with meds, reorder as needed (remind him to and make sure he follows through)- recovering from cardiac arrest - young, active, big-brother type energy call Gerardo- need CPR, cooking skills, light housekeeping & grocery shopping Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
