Job Description

Lead the onsite execution of a ground-up industrial warehouse project in North Jersey. Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules. Coordinate with construction superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and permit agencies. Oversee contract reviews and develop scopes of work for trades including concrete, steel, and masonry. Manage tenant/client communication and integrate their needs into project execution. Ensure accurate AIA billing and progress tracking.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager on industrial projects. Strong civil engineering knowledge, particularly in concrete footings, foundations, precast walls, and structural steel. Skilled in bid leveling, submittals, contract administration, and scope development. Proficient with Microsoft Project and Procore. Effective communicator and team collaborator with strong organizational skills. Experienced working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
