Project Manager
The Project Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing a portfolio of 30 active projects simultaneously, with 4-10 prototypes in progress daily
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met
- Managing vendor communications and maintaining accurate records of raw material inventory
- Serving as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates when technical assistance is needed
- Driving project execution within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment

The successful Project Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in a high mix, low volume manufacturing space
- Experience juggling multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills and experience speaking with vendors and customers
- Ability to work cross functionally with engineering, sales and customer service teams.
