Junk Removal Driver/Team Lead

As a Junk Removal Driver/Team Lead for College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day especially your clients.

Part time or full time available.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Look, act and become a friendly College H.U.N.K.S.
• Educate clients about pricing, services and the benefits of College H.U.N.K.S., ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Care of handling clients belongings.
• Safely operating trucks and equipment.
• Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks.
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, equipment loss, etc.

Qualifications And Skills:

Requirements:

• Great positive attitude
• Pass a background check
• Be reliable and dependable
• Be committed to an extremely high level of customer service and high level of professionalism
• Be hard working and enjoy physical labor
• Excel in a position of independence and responsibility
• Possess fine attention to detail
• MUST have chauffeurs license and DOT physical card

Excellent earning potential including hourly pay plus tips. Hiring immediately, part time and full time opportunities.

Compensation:

$14 per hour for experienced driver

$250 signing bonus after 90 days with no absences or work related issues.

$0.50 raise every 6 months with positive performance review.
