Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.

Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [your industry].

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
