Loan Processor Lead (Paid) | Wichita, KS (Preference In-Person, Remote Eligible)

Compensation

$70,000 to $95,000 total compensation depending on experience (salary plus per file bonus)

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing elite service to internal and external clients
• Communicating with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
• Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy and procedures of the business
• Applying knowledge and judgment to proactively anticipate needs of the lender, clients and real estate transaction parties
• Developing strong computer skills, including the extensive use of web-based applications
• Managing multiple priorities while building rapport with clients
• Coordinating client updates with respective client loan officers

What We Need From You

Must Have Qualifications:

• The desire to serve military members
• Associates Degree or higher
• Minimum 12 months experience in Mortgage or Client Service Industry
• Work experience with using complex logic and problem solving skills
• Above average ability to work with numbers and basic finance calculations
• Advanced computer experience ability to multitask on dual monitors
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to take accountability for actions

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Military experience (or knowing someone close who served)
• Bachelors degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Handling escalated client service situations over the phone
