Our client in the dental industry, is seeking a P/T Dental Assistant-IV Sedation to join their team. As a P/T Dental Assistant, you will be part of the Oral Surgery Department supporting dental residents and students. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $28-32/hr
What's the Job?
Provide oral surgical assistance to dental residents and students.
Assist in the administration of IV sedation and monitor patients during surgical procedures.
Perform tests and assist with preparing dental castings.
Dispense medications and provide instructions to patients.
Ensure safe use, disposal, and storage of chemicals or hazardous materials.
What's Needed?
2+ years of related experience in a dental assistant role.
Graduate of a Dental Assistant Training Program.
Knowledge of four-handed chairside dental techniques and dental lab equipment.
1-2 years of oral surgery experience with IV sedation/general anesthesia required.
Preferred: Certification as a Dental Assistant.
