Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office and manage non-licensed staff effectively.
- Ensure every patient receives quality and compassionate dental care.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels by interviewing and selecting candidates to meet patient needs.
- Enhance team satisfaction and retention through effective communication, recognition, and teamwork practices.
- Identify training needs and facilitate staff development to align with company goals.
- Achieve performance targets related to patient forecasts and satisfaction ratings.
- Manage the operational readiness and visual presentation of the office.
- Drive local marketing initiatives by engaging in community events to promote a positive image of our practice.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of management experience of 15 or more employees, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Management experience in healthcare, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with Commercial Insurance or Medicaid billing.
- Proven experience in training staff.
- Strong background in employee relations and performance management.
