Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental office and manage non-licensed staff effectively.
  • Ensure every patient receives quality and compassionate dental care.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels by interviewing and selecting candidates to meet patient needs.
  • Enhance team satisfaction and retention through effective communication, recognition, and teamwork practices.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate staff development to align with company goals.
  • Achieve performance targets related to patient forecasts and satisfaction ratings.
  • Manage the operational readiness and visual presentation of the office.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives by engaging in community events to promote a positive image of our practice.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of management experience of 15 or more employees, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Management experience in healthcare, retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Insurance or Medicaid billing.
  • Proven experience in training staff.
  • Strong background in employee relations and performance management.
