Location: Bloomer, WI
Pay Range: $31.25 - $37.50 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical assembly of the Calf Hero units, ensuring all wiring is accurately installed per engineering specifications.
- Oversee mechanical assembly tasks, including plumbing and motor installation, while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Supervise service technicians and provide remote technical support to enhance service efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing protocols and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct pre-shipment inspections and system testing to ensure product quality and performance.
Qualifications:
- A degree or certification in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems (208-480V, 1 & 3 phase).
- Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and CAD drawings.
- Familiarity with UL/CE certification standards and lean manufacturing practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
