Greet customers and provide friendly assistance as needed
Drive the customer shuttle and ensure it's clean and gassed up for morning rides
Keep the front office, waiting room, and restrooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked
Restock and organize the coffee bar, fridge, and snack area
Check lighting, windows, floors, and customer areas for cleanliness and functionality
Remove trash and maintain a neat, welcoming customer environment
Perform daily checklists to ensure every detail is handled
Support Service Advisors with errands or customer handoffs as needed
Friendly, reliable, and service-focused
Great attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for shuttle driving)
Able to lift 30-40 lbs and move quickly around the facility as needed
Basic comfort using a smartphone or tablet for task lists/check-ins
