Lead and implement a comprehensive development plan encompassing major gift, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving, and grants. Cultivate a portfolio of current and prospective donors, ensuring thoughtful engagement, solicitation, and stewardship strategies aligned with organizational priorities Collaborate with Divisional and local leaders on capital campaigns, endowment efforts, and other strategic initiatives. Collaborate with grant writers, ensuring alignment with funding priorities, program needs, and collaborative grant applications across units. Leverage donor data and insights to track engagement and optimize fundraising efforts. Partner with corps officers and unit leaders to define fundraising goals and evaluate progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs).
