Farmers (Woodland Hills, CA) seeks an Associate Business Solution Analyst to partner with business teams to design and implement complex data-centric and value-added systems and solutions that enable business outcomes. Specific duties include: partner with data teams to design and implement complex data-centric and value-added analytics, reporting, and insights that enable business outcomes (45%); work on projects of moderate to high complexity performing work independently with minimal guidance (25%); collaborate with business units to obtain necessary data requirements to establish performance measurements via dashboards for analysis (10%); recommend complex enterprise-wide data pipeline strategies that utilize various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting (10%); and provides ad-hoc analysis and insights for executive meetings (10%).
