The Learning Experience Director leads a team of Designers and a Facilitator, as well as contributing to the design, development and delivery of engaging learning experiences for the Global Product and Value Added Solutions audiences. In this position, you will leverage your instructional design and facilitation expertise to rapidly create engaging, scalable, and measurable learning solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance workforce capabilities. You are proficient in e. Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Synthesia, with deep experience designing for multiple platforms and modalities.
