Manage a team former practicing lawyers, CPA, and CF - Ps providing expertise to individual clients in estate and tax planning strategies, financial planning and modeling, retirement planning, business succession planning, pre- and post-transactional planning, concentrated position management, and other personal planning strategies. Manage the Wealth Planning delivery model across the continuum of planning needs for clients and prospects, including financial planning, estate planning, trust administration, and business succession planning. Represent and lead the Wealth Planning team across the organization to deepen relationships with existing clients, important Commercial / Community Bank clients and qualified prospects. Deliver timely, relevant, important, actionable, guidance and advice to increase client retention and spur new opportunities for wealth management cross-selling.
