The Dryer Packager position is responsible proper packaging, sealing, labeling and stacking of finished product containers as well as for overall cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas. This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly master sanitation schedules. Verify final weights of finished products. Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished products. Read and comprehend batch records for solids and recon used and batch sequencing.
