The Director of Student Success is responsible for the day-to-day management of student success services, ensuring student persistence. The Director develops programs and methods to identify at risk students, working collaboratively with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, faculty, and various University schools and departments. He or she works directly and personally with students to help them overcome obstacles hindering their success at ETBU. The Director oversees and manages the Office of Academic Success. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Education/ Certification: An earned Masters degree preferred, bachelors degree required. Special Knowledge/ Skills: Energetic, dynamic and success oriented, with the ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
