The Director Sales Operations is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training sales representatives in order to increase in the number of Veteran Affairs funded patients admitted for services as well as increasing the revenues of the agency while maintaining a small productive territory. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Business or health related field preferred; will consider relevant experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum five (5) years experience in a field sales role or sales management role. CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE: Not applicable.
