Labor employees may work in a variety of roles performing tasks such as, but not limited to packing, bagging, stacking, dumping, traying off, inspecting and cleaning. All employees are responsible for maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, perform daily audits, and complete daily production paperwork. Candidates are required to be flexible to work any shift - 1st / 2nd / 3rd (8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts), weekends and overtime. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform various checks to include metal detector, date code and weight systems checks Clean, inspect and lubricate equipment as part of our Autonomous Maintenance program Observe safety procedures Observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Observe good housekeeping practices Complete food safety & quality checks and associated daily production paperwork Operating a fork lift may be required for some positions Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a High ...General Labor, Experience, Manufacturing, Practice
