Creating a Safety Culture, where our associates' safety and well-being is always the #1 priority is the primary responsibility of the Director of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety). This highly energized, out-in-the-business leader will engage with associates daily, help lead safety messaging, provide a pro-active approach to Safety and work cross-functionally to ensure safety training and compliance is effective. Location: Strongly preferred onsite in Orange, CT, but may consider remote work in areas close to key distribution centers or large branch locations (e.g., Nashville, TN, Grand Prairie, TN, Chicago, IL)Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel, including overnight, to various company branch locations.
