Day in the Life Every day you will manage your daily task including leading departmental and strategic cross-functional projects. With your experience, you have the ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate the various effects of changes on the organization. You will also be the back-up administrator for various compensation programs, administration of leave policies, new hire outreach, workers compensation, auditing/reporting HR functions for deficiencies in processes, attend career fairs, NMLS coordination, and coordinating and updating HR key processes. A strong candidate for this role, meets the criteria in the what it takes section below and has the ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables where precedent may or may not be available. What it Takes:Bachelors Degree in human resources, business management, or 6 years experience in leading various HR disciplines.
