: Job Details :

Manage CAPEX projects from estimating through completion. Coordinate and manage equipment and process development to meet current and future plant requirements. Define and implement the next generation of controls and equipment for the key manufacturing processes. Lead Management of Change (MOC) review projects as directed. Continuously develop new technology for key plant processes and equipment. In collaboration with EHS, support the Environmental compliance and HAZMAT program at the Pottsville facility. Ensure compliance to all regulations, including but not limited to OSHA, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Electrical Code (NEC), and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Effective and efficient management of facilities, machinery and equipment to support customer requirements. Provide guidance to maintenance supervisor and maintenance mechanics to insure safe, efficient, performance of work. Maintain the maintenance section of the QMS system.
