The Administrator has the responsibility of the management and coordination of facility operations in a means that provides quality resident care. The Administrator will utilize management expertise to develop, implement, and evaluate effective care delivery systems and operational systems for the community and Riverside Health System. The Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the facility across all departments to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. May perform other duties as assigned. What you will do. Proactively takes action to reduce bad debt through adherence to admission criteria and collections follow-up. Ensures the facility/department is in compliance with applicable regulatory statutes, standards of care, job performance and competency standards.
