Cascade Manor, Eugene's premier CCRC, has an incredible opportunity for a leader for our skilled nursing unit. The current census ranges from 12-15 patients. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate leader to support this dynamic healthcare team. You will oversee all health programs and services in the Health Center. You hold primary responsibility and accountability of directing day-to-day functioning of nursing practices. Working with the Health Center Administrator and Director of Health and Ancillary Services in establishing policies and procedures in regard to health services. Managing, cheerleading and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes therapy, nursing, social services, dietary as well as other organizational leaders.
