Loan Review Officer I - Responsible for assessing the level of credit risk of the Banks loan portfolio primarily through the performance of analytical reviews of new and existing individual commercial and agricultural credit relationships. This position reports to the Senior Loan Review Officer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform credit analyses on commercial and agricultural credit relationships as assigned and assess risk ratings based on established policy approved by the Board of Directors. Additionally, perform analyses on previously identified problem credits noting specific actions expected to reduce the level of credit risk in these credit. Communicate results of loan review analyses in written form for distribution to management personnel. Communicate effectively and professionally with loan officer and management personnel regarding the analysis of the credit relationships, noting specific actions expected to reduce the level of risk.
