The Advanced Industrial Engineer position is frequently executing multiple projects with varying scope and impact. They will be expected to implement and teach new process improvement methodologies, business practices and business metrics to Douglas. This individual will also be responsible for helping to sustain the improvements by imbedding proper control measures and metrics and developing process owner accountability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
