As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance strategies, manage machinery control systems, and support capital improvement efforts. Youll collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, and R&D Engineering teams to address operational challenges and drive improvements in equipment performance, reliability, and safety. This is a key role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Maintaining and ensuring efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment at the Mt. Union facility Manage and maintain machinery computer control systems Creating and continuously developing preventive maintenance programs to ensure performance and durability of the facility equipment Direct maintenance department in providing maintenance and fabrication support throughout the facility.
