Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands. Analyze and communicate value stream and/or supply chain capacity and constraints. Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools, such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5 Y, etc. Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors, and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners. Represents supply chain in projects within the value stream (plan, source, make or deliver). Provides coaching and mentoring of supply chain planners. Receives minimal guidance from others. Requirements:Bachelors degree or higher, equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
